See? I'm like the anti-Curves because I don't know anyone who has actually lost weight there or even does it consistently. Every Curves person I know always seems to be doing it in fits and starts.

The only way to do weight training every day is to concentrate on muscle groups on different days - like upper body one day, lower the next, or it will break down your muscles. So says my trainer anyway. The good news is you can do cardio every day if you want to. :-D

A good gym is hard to find. What I like about my gym is that there's no shortage of middle age chubby people there. I do not stick out. Plus, when you see the same people 3-6 days a week eventually the ear phones come out and you start talking. When I broke my ankle I got so many notes of encouragement from people at the gym telling me not to give up that I had come too far.

Well...look at you. I love the feeling after a nice run or workout in the morning. It is like I am attacking the day instead of letting it come to me...
